April Ethington

April Ethington obtained her real estate license in 2003 and obtained her Broker's license in 2012. April enjoys helping people with any and all of their real estate needs. She is well versed in every aspect of the industry such as investment properties, existing homes, and especially new construction. She prides herself on her integrity, experience, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile. Her goal is for every client to feel like they are her only client, no matter how small or large the transaction. A self-proclaimed multi-tasker and having an entrepreneurial spirit, Ethington thrives in the fast paced world of real estate. April is readily accessible to her clients and will guide them through the entire process, whether it be buying, selling, or building a new home.

April attributes any success she has had in real estate to her late husband Lee, who passed away in 2017. Lee worked for his family in the lumber business before becoming a builder and developer, which was what he was passionate about.

April was recently remarried to Neil Raizor and resides in Shelby county with Neil and her three children.
